SALLY HEALEY:

Chief Executive Officer

Sally expertise is in people development, she is highly skilled in the design and delivery of effective learning programs, and her outstanding communication skills allow her to work successfully across all organisational levels and cross cultures.  

Sally is a dynamic and energetic trainer and coach and utilises her strong background in personal and professional development to achieve positive outcomes. Her experience has included training in NLP, creativity and innovation, goal achievement, presentation and training skills, rapport building, conflict resolution and stress management. 

Sally has a passion for leading and synergising teams, and motivating people to be their best.  In addition to her subject matter, Sally is experienced in the delivery of Certificate III, IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma qualifications.

Her naturally credible and interactive approach allows her to engage even the most jaded learners at all levels or virtually any organisation, and she has turned her hand to extremely challenging groups with unparalleled success that ensures best practice methodologies are always utilised.

Sally holds an Advanced Diploma in Management, Graduate Certificate and Masters in Counselling and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a qualified NLP practitioner.

Sally is also Vice President of the Australian Society of Training and Development Inc. 

Adding to her achievements, Sally has recently co-authored, with Brisbane business owner Terri M Cooper, a book for business and career women -  'Women on Top - against the odds'. This book is essential reading for women who are seeking inspiration, mentorship and strategies while going through career or business growth, or who have a goal they are holding on to. The book profiles twelve inspirational Australian women who have overcome obstacles or personal challenges in order to follow a dream. 

Dr Lois Frankel, international speaker and author of 'Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office', has contributed her expertise to 'Women on Top' and was Guest Speaker at the book launch in Brisbane in June.

Gael Sparks is an accomplised facilitator of learning and development for individuals and organisations.  Gael offers her clients a broad range of skills and has extensive experience in diverse industry sectors locally and internationally.  Gael's formal qualifications in Business supplement her extensive corporate experience which includes consulting to the business, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

Gael facilitates personal growth and inspires positive change through providing practical and instructional strategies that assist individuals and groups to enhance their effectiveness in influencing others. Gael is recognised for her ability to affect major behavioural change in the people and groups whom she works with.  Gael has a strong understanding of the complexity of corporate organisations enabling her to bring theories and business models to life in a practical, down to earth and exciting way.

With a reputation for dynamism and high energy, and an ability to integrate theory with pragmatic and practical solutions, Gael focuses on creating stimulating yet challenging learning environments that maximise both organisational and personal outcomes.

Gael holds an Advanced Diploma in Management and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

AMY GUEST:

Operations and Compliance Manager

Amy commenced her career with Jigsaw Consulting Group in 2006. Her enthusiasm and passion for the training and recruitment industry provided the essential ingredients for growth within the company.  Amy is an integral member of the Jigsaw team and her willingness to assist individuals and organisations allows her to focus on exploring and understanding clients’ needs to develop solutions and proposals that "hit the spot". 

Amy has extensive knowledge of all statutory and regulatory requirements and her responsibilities include managing the development of industry leading systems and procedures to manage and administer high quality compliance standards in the operations of training and assessment in vocational education and training.

Amy holds a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Diploma of Management and is currently undertaking her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

JOHN McCARRON:

Occupational Health & Safety Trainer

John McCarron is a highly qualified and experienced health and safety consultant and trainer with over 15 years experience.  He has experience in both the public and private sectors and has also spent a balanced amount of time “on the floor” and in middle and senior management roles.

Coupled with hands on experience, John holds a Bachelor of Business (Commerce), Advanced Diploma of OHS, WHSO and Certificate IV Trainer/ Assessor qualifications

John believes that a major component of any successful business is a well-trained team that is conversant with current legislation and has the appropriate tools to implement strategies that  enhance safety performance.

With this belief in mind John unifies his work experiences with his technical knowledge to produce a training style delivers practical results.

As a professional OH&S consultant, John is available to undertake OHS audits, consult and train accredited courses  in OH&S.
